Elevation Trampoline Park has partnered with local partners, OneHealthyBod to bring you Trampoline Bootcamp, a unique form of full-body, full-fun workout.

Trampoline Bootcamp is a high intensity class that is low impact and will have your heart pumping and blood flowing! This class combines cardiovascular and muscular endurance with strength training and fun, fun, fun, to give you an overall body workout unlike anything you have ever experienced. No other workout compares if your goal is to burn calories, get in shape and have fun!

Trampoline Bootcamp is an advanced aerobic class, and is for ages 18 and older.

According to a NASA study performed by scientists A. Bhattacherya, E. P. McCutcheon, E. Shavartz, and J. E. Greenleaf, exercise on a trampoline can be up to 68% more effective than jogging. N.A.S.A., Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5): 881-887
